Amy meets her pen pal upon his release from prison, but he's 30 years older than she expected ("Everyone lies on the inside"); Nancy's jealous that Howard's men's club has admitted a female member; Ginger fears meeting her boyfriend's parents.
There are two more minor subplots where Dot wants to buy an expensive car, and Sonny attends an art class just to ogle naked women, but despite so much going on, this is an entertaining episode that is a good showcase for the Amy character. It makes sense that Amy the do-gooder would get taken in by such a scam and not back out due to her moral convictions. Crystal Bernard shows some range in this one, too - her frazzled bit with Nancy is a highlight. I am giving it an extra star because of her.
