The looters put a television and other stolen items in the back of their truck. In later scenes, the back of the truck is empty.
The end scenes right before the credits where Dr. Banner walks a along main road, trying to hitchhike, a fence can be seen in the foreground. This footage is reused in several endings through out the series.
The foot chase between Patty and Cunningham is obvious padded out to fit the episode's running time.
Both David and Patty keep referring to e. coli as a "bacteria" instead of "bacterium". Although the right singular is bacterium and bacteria is only used for the plural, they say things like "Bacteria e. coli", "The bacteria only lives 48 hours", "ingesting that bacteria". As scientists, they should both know the difference.
