- Jen has her period and she starts to see the same symptoms in the boys. They say that it's impossible but they reconsider after they start having the same symptoms as Jen. They're even given their own website after talking about it online.
- For Jen it is the time of the month when she suffers heavy period pains which she names Aunt Irma. Somehow Moss and Roy get sympathy pains, broadcasting the fact on the Internet and becoming celebrities, even sparking off Aunt Irma riots world-wide. Moss has been seeing the firm's psychiatrist Dr Mendall, who confesses to having feelings for him which lead her to end their sessions. To celebrate the successful completion of the Icarus Project Reynhams throws a party where all the staff get very drunk. Next morning Moss is seen coming out of Jen's bathroom whilst Roy wakes up with Dr Mendall and Denholm with Richmond.—don @ minifie-1
- Roy wonders why Moss cheerfully goes to the psychotherapy imposed after a fluke incident, until told the psychiatrist is a foxy lady. The boys are puzzled by Jen's sudden emotional outbursts, which she explains as monthly female period. To each's horrified surprise, both seem to get sympathetic symptoms, even hurtful nipples. Roy is furious as Moss stupidly consults their IT nerd mates on the matter, making them a laughing stock with specialized website, even merchandising. After a 'girls night' on their own, the cheered-up trio attends an office party.—KGF Vissers
- Productivity is skyrocketing at work, all because of a new computer program, but the IT team doesn't get thanked. Jen (Katherine Parkinson) is cranky because of her monthly visitor, "Aunt Irma," and Roy (Chris O'Dowd) and Moss (Richard Ayoade) seem to be suddenly delicate as well. Could there be a connection? Moss sends an email to the IT community for feedback.
