At 17:20 when Lucy and Ethel tell each other about Grace Foster, Lucy tells Ethel that Grace is getting a quick divorce and settling in Steubenville. However there was no way Lucy got that information from Ricky since he never mentioned it.
When Fred brings up the breakfast to take to the Ricardo's bedroom, he mentioned that he had just come from cooking downstairs, but the breakfast he brings up is in the Ricardo's china. It is the same china that the Ricardo's have for most of the series and it matches completely the set that Lucy has in the other bed. If Fred had really gone to bring up breakfast from his kitchen it would have come on different china.
The reference to a Steubenville milk route may have been an effort to enhance the story and generate more gossip.
