Larry Hagman and Hayden Rorke in I Dream of Jeannie (1965)

Goofs

Jeannie, the Hip Hippie

I Dream of Jeannie

Edit

Continuity

Toward the end, Tony and Roger are talking by the car when Tony is getting ready to leave. Tony attempts to shut the trunk lid and it pops back up. A bit later when Jeannie runs out to leave with Tony, the trunk lid has magically shut and latched itself.

Miscellaneous

Phil Spector obviously plays himself as a record producer. When Jeannie enters, she asks him if he is Phil Spector, but Spector doesn't directly answer. He listens to the new group perform and immediately signs them up. Later Jeannie tells Tony she got Phil Spector to sign the group, and Tony is impressed. With such obviousness that Spector is himself, for some odd reason the closing credits lists "Phil Spector as Steve Davis" for his character name, a name which is never mentioned in the show.
At the top of the tag, as Tony is packing the car and talking with Roger, the music cue cuts out abruptly, in progress.

Errors in geography

When Tony and Jeannie leave for the camping trip, a big hill can be seen in the background. This is not a view of Cocoa Beach, Florida but of California.
When Jeannie goes to find the first member of her rock band, she apparently travels all the way to Hollywood Blvd. The establishing shot of the record store clearly shows the Walk of Fame stars on the sidewalk. The address of the Vogue Records store is 6666 Hollywood Blvd, right next to the Supply Sergeant, a surplus store, which is still in business today. The record store is long gone.
