When he is turned back into a chimpanzee, he is once again barefoot. Likewise, Tony has on socks and shoes but upon being turned into a chimp, he is barefoot and then has his shoes on when Jeannie corrects her mistake.
After Jeannie changes Sam back into a chimpanzee, Sam is holding a banana. When Jeannie disappears, the banana also disappears.
