- TriviaJust after he escapes from the street market, Cody Junior makes a comment about keeping one's head. This is a quote from the poem If by Joseph Rudyard Kipling (1865 - 1936), which was published in 1910. The first lines go : "If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs and blaming it on you;".

The guy who played the whack job was fantastic!
I wish I knew the actor's name but can't find him in the list. He played crazy serial killer to perfection. The blonde woman was a mediocre actress. She slipped in and out of character. Fred Dryer is a dud. He can't act for shizzle. WHO hired him and why?? I don't think he's ever done anything else. The scene between these 2 were like pulling teeth! The blonde was laughable at times, when she was reaching for emotion but there was none, when she reached for tears but there were none, all that was painful to watch. Their scene in the elevator at the end... UGH! I kept thinking how much better any other actor who believes in the character's words would have done. These actors ruined this mediocre show and anyone who votes this up has either no taste nor knowledge of what constitutes good (or even passable FCOL!) acting or has relatives in this show. That bad!
Skip this show altogether, but if you catch this title, watch it for the bad guy (great acting!) and for how not to act (Fred Dryer and blondie) And what happened to the brunette with the ton of face paint and big hair? This 1990, so I guess they upgraded the actress (albeit a mediocre one but better look) but they oughta have replaced Freddy with anyone but him! (What was Kojak/Savalas doing in that era?!!)
