In the first Klink's office scene, on the wall next to the office door, the picture of Hitler giving a speech is missing. In the very next office scene, it is back on the wall.
Update: During the first scene in Klink's office, the picture is indeed missing. When Klink goes over to Hogan to look at the radio's power cord in Hogan's hand, the nails in the wall that the picture hangs on can be seen to the right of Klink's head.

During the opening wide shots with Klink addressing the prisoners in the yard, deciduous trees are visible surrounding the compound outside the fence. With patches of snow on the ground, snow on the roofs and shutters, those trees would be bare or in late autumn colors, not full, lush green leaves. Only conifers would be green, but no pine trees are visible. Of course the trees are on the 40-acre RKO/Desilu Studio 40-acre backlot in Culver City, where it rarely snows.
In the first recorded broadcast from Radio Berlin, the report indicates that the new lines stabilized some 20 miles closer to the Thousand-Year Reich. Since Germany is (and was) on the Metric System, the report should have indicated that the lines stabilized some 32 Kilometers closer to the Reich.
On the tactical draw board in Klinks office, Poland is included with the borders of 1939. In fact, it has been occupied and divided at the beginning of the war by Germany and the USSR, and would not appear as its own country on a German map. The map is also written in English; it should have been written in German.
When Colonel Karla Hoffman visits Klink's office, she interviews Schultz about his ESP. Schultz's uniform has his Luftwaffe eagle patch on backwards. Rather than the eagle facing to his left towards his heart, it is facing to his right and the swastika is backwards. In the final scene, Schultz now has his patch correctly facing to his left with the swastika also correctly displayed.
Hogan and the others are listening to the coffee pot/listening device when Colonel Hoffman comes in un-announced. There should have been a lookout to give them warning that someone was coming when they were listening in.
If Berlin and Zuglitz are only 75 miles apart, any Luftwaffe interceptor aircraft in the area protecting Zuglitz could also cover a bombing raid aimed at Berlin. Also, as capital of Germany, Berlin would obviously be heavily protected, and radar installations covering Berlin would also easily cover Zuglitz, so the success of the bombing raid would be questionable at best.
In Klink's quarters, there is a close-up of Schultz when he says, "Nobody listens." On the right breast of Schultz's tunic, the eagle with the swastika underneath it is backwards. (No, the film is not "reversed.")
