After Sir Charles escapes through the dog kennel, Klink has a conversation with Sir Charles, beginning with Klink telling him about the wine for dinner. The initial view is from behind Klink's right shoulder. The view shifts to the other side, from behind Sir Charles' left shoulder four times during the conversation. During the switches, in all four cases, neither Sir Charles' left hand nor Klink's right hand matches up positionally.
After Sir Charles escapes through the dog kennel, Klink, Schultz, and Sir Charles go to Klink's quarters, looking for Hogan, Lady Chitterly, and the 'imposter' (Crittendon). After Sir Charles says, "Hogan? He's the leader of the ant colony." The view shifts to show Klink and Schultz, and Klink says, "Perhaps they are in the bedroom." As he says that, a near full reflection of a stage light is visible in his monocle.
Despite Chitterly disappearing and and reappearing twice no one, not even the Gestapo, pay any attention to his saying that he was held prisoner in an underground tunnel and that there are many tunnels. As security conscious as they were they would at least investigate his assertions.
Lady Chitterly is supposedly married to Lord Chitterly, but is not wearing a wedding ring. In the one scene where she is taking a phone call from Hitler, she is wearing both a wedding ring and an engagement ring, but in other scenes she is not wearing either.
After Sir Charles escapes through the dog kennel, he, Klink, and Schultz are looking for Lady Chitterly, Hogan, and the 'imposter' (Crittendon). Sir Charles suggests they check the stove. When Sir Charles grabs the stove to open it, a hissing sound (indicating Sir Charles is being burned) is heard. But Sir Charles merely slides his hands across the stove and slowly puts them under his armpits. If the stove were that hot, Sir Charles would have jumped back and immediately removed his hands from the stove - probably hitting Klink, who was standing right behind Sir Charles' left shoulder.
