- AnecdotesIn this show it is learned that Klink was born in Leipzig and attended school there. Also Hogan was born in Ohio.
- GaffesAt the party, when Hogan is challenged to show a tattoo and he does, it is of a woman in a bikini. Such a bathing suit was not invented until 1946, after World War II had ended.
Actually, two-piece bathing suits had been worn by women since the 1930s.

Commentaire à la une
A witness has identified Hogan as a saboteur.
When Major Pruhst of the Gestapo come into camp, he has reason to believe that Hogan is responsible for many of the sabotage incidents that has been going on in the area. He even has a witness to a bridge being destroyed that claims to have seen the man responsible. Pruhst needs a picture of Colonel Hogan so the witness can identify and then he will have enough for an arrest.
Hogan has been listening to Pruhst's conversation, so he knows he may be in hot water. And when the witness confirms that Hogan is the saboteur, Hogan must think of a way to conflict the witness testimony.
It just so happens that Field Marshal Von Leiter is having his birthday party in town. Hogan will pose as Captain Shroffstein of the German Army in hopes of making Pruhst see that his witness may not have seen exactly correct.
Another enjoyable episode. The acting was well done and the script top-notch. There was even enough comedy thrown-in to make the show humorous. Just sorry that we are coming to the end of the series. Just two more shows left in this sixth and final season.
