The Major Hochstetter character is a Gestapo SS Sturmbannführer (Major), but he wears the rank insignia of an SS Standartenführer (Colonel) on his collar. This uniform error is maintained throughout the rest of the series.
In the scene where Schultz sees himself coming out of the building, the Schultz on the left (Brauner) is slightly out of focus and slightly shorter than the real Schultz on the right.
After 'the man' goes into Klink's quarters, Klink walks up to Schultz and says, "Did he go in? You didn't watch him, did you, Schultz?" The 'You didn't watch him, did you, Schultz?' does not match Klink's lips. When the audio finishes the question, Klink's lips continue the 'did you, Schultz?' with no audio - causing a slight delay between the audio of the question and Schultz' answer.
There are reflections from production lighting in Klink's monocle in some scenes.
When Wolfgang Brauner meets with Tiger, Hogan arrives and makes mention that the Gestapo has followed Brauner from Berlin. He is important in the German hierarchy so certainly would have had a driver. For certain, he is later driven into Stalag 13. Car and driver immediately disappear. During the end escape, the car returns for him, as Schultz, with Tiger driving. There is no mention as to the demise of the original driver.
There was no other driver. When he arrived at Tiger's apartment, he was alone. He says he drove there. When he goes to Stalag 13, there is no driver. No one notices this because they all were told not to look and everyone had their eyes closed. When Tiger drives Schulz away, everyone just assumes that it was the driver that had originally brought "the man" into the camp. So, there was no driver that "disappeared".

When 'the man' gets out of the car and goes into the building, the Germans are not allowed to watch, but a prisoner of war watches. Why this was allowed is not explained.
Update: When Klink arrives after 'the man' enters Klink's quarters, he admonishes Hogan for being there when all prisoners were confined to the barracks. Also, when 'the man' arrives, Hogan stands next to Schultz, faking not looking. Schultz closes his eyes, and therefore does not see that Hogan is actually looking.

Hogan suggest pheasant for Hitler's dinner.
Just a few sentences before he said that Hitler was a vegetarian (which he was in real life too).
It could also be a joke from the writers.
Update: There was no mention of 'vegetarian'. Hogan mentions how 'touchy' he is about food. Also, some vegetarians do not consider fowl to be meat, and eat chicken and eggs - pheasant would fit into that category.
