When the heroes are in the bedroom, sitting on the bed, the door is clearly shown from both sides as one with five horizontal panels arranged one under the other. From Klink's sitting room, the bedroom door has four vertical panels, arranged two-by-two.
Some of the plans being photographed are for the west wall. This means that the episode occurred before the Normandy Invasion. Several of the previous episodes occurred after the invasion, yet Baker was not in those episodes.
This season opener, and for many appearances throughout the season afterwards, reveals that the costume department incorrectly placed the Luftwaffe eagle and swastika backwards on Sergeant Schultz's uniform. It is evident in closeups when Carter cooks dinner for Klink. The eagle on Schultz's chest should be facing left towards his heart, but is facing away to the right. His backwards swastika is not properly displayed either by showing its vertical lines on the upper left and lower right sides, but has his vertical lines on the upper right and lower left sides.
To start the sixth season, Carter has a different bomber jacket. His previous jacket had much visible wear, patches of white, on the shoulders and arms. This jacket looks brand-new.
He could have gotten a new jacket through the Red Cross if his old one was badly worn.

LeBeau seems to have known Sergeant Baker a long time, even though this is the first episode where Baker appears.
After the second dinner with General Wexler, the General decides to smoke a cigar, but not one of Klink's. He wants one of his cigars, which is in Captain Hans Richter's briefcase. The General walks over and into the bedroom to get the cigars, but never gets the key to the briefcase from his aide. He goes into the bedroom with Carter to get his cigars from Captain Richter's briefcase. Now the General uses a key to unlock the briefcase. There is no way that the Captain would have allowed the General to have a key to his briefcase, considering that briefcase is used to carry the documents the Captain is selling to the Allies (and is also where the payoff is placed after the documents are photographed).
