While in Klink's quarters with Hogan and Carter, LeBeau's beret is destroyed when the "spiked" brandy is poured into his beret. Yet, moments later in one of the tunnels, LeBeau is wearing a beret that is perfectly fine.
He has more than one.
He has more than one.
Carter is in Klink's quarters, and they have finished eating. Klink and the General leave to let Leni Richter deal with Carter. She closes the door behind them, and grabs the chain with her right hand. Her left hand is on the doorknob. There is a cut to a close-up of her, but her left hand is now up near her shoulder, against the door, as she slides the chain into place.
After the mini-credits, the gang sets the plan in motion. Hogan is talking to Schultz about a question of ethics. Hogan says, "Now, I've heard a rumor that one of the men in my command may defect to the Germans." Cut to a front-shot of Schultz, who replies, "Why would he want to do a thing like that?" Hogan's response is, "A quirk." Now there is a cut back to a front-shot of Hogan, who continues, "Some of the other prisoners may try to kill him before he goes over to your side." This line is spoken by Hogan, but the pitch is slightly higher than the rest of Hogan's lines. Hogan's mouth movements are also out of sync with the actual words that are audible. It appears that the actual line Hogan speaks is, "Some of the other prisoners may try to whack him before he goes over to your side." The change was probably made because the slang usage may have been thought to be too closely associated with organized crime and/or the Mafia.
In the series, Carter is not married. Yet when he is alone with Fraulein Richter in Klink's quarters, he is clearly seen wearing a wedding ring, especially when he is holding a large snifter of brandy that Fraulein Richter brought to him. Note: actor Larry Hovis did the best he could in "hiding" his ring from the camera, but the stage directions and wardrobe (no gloves) kept him from doing so forever.
During the time when Carter (unmarried) is alone with Leni Richter, his wedding ring is visible on his left hand.
In the introduction, Hogan is running through the plan. Kinchloe's starting point is the center of the compound. Newkirk's position is 100 feet west of Kinchloe's starting point, which Hogan indicates is to the left on the map. When LeBeau points to his starting point, he indicates it is 60 feet south of Kinchloe's starting point, but he points to a location that is actually NORTH of Kinchloe's starting point (based on the relationship of Newkirk to Kinchloe).
