Kim wins a fancy sports car in a raffle, but Lucy doesn't want her driving such an impractical car for safety reasons, and they can't afford to pay the tax on it. So, they hold their own raffle to raise $ but end up getting arrested by the Vice Squad.
The summary makes it sound like this may be a decent episode. Trust me, it isn't. There are some very small amusing moments when Lucy and Kim stand in line to get a permit for their raffle. Lucy misgenders a fat lady and then calls her Mrs. Kong (as in King's mother). She then gets sneaky and tries to cut in line - but is quickly put in her place, literally!
Courtroom scenes are never very good in any LUCY series and this one is only notable because the judge is played by Hayden Rorke, who was just coming off his five-year run as Dr. Bellows on I DREAM OF JEANNIE. I saw the line coming about sending his own mother to jail about 30 seconds before he delivered it.
Mostly a dull episode with little replay value. 5/10.
