At the very end when McGarrett is calling Danno on the radio, the mike is shown sitting on the dashboard by the steering wheel. But when Danno walks up to the car, the mike is not there.
Around 43 minutes McGarrett comes out of Five-0 and gets in to a Ford Galaxie, but on the road he is in his Mercury Park Lane.

Near the end, McGarrett is calling on the police radio for Williams. It shows the radio mic on top of the instrument panel face up, red call button facing the steering wheel. This shot is the dash board of McGarrett's '68 Mercury but meant to give the impression of it being Williams' car. Next view is an overhead view of Williams approaching his '70 Ford Galaxy with a clear view thru the windshield of the instrument panel showing no radio mic on the top of the panel. Next view shows the radio mic on top of the instrument panel face down with the red button pointing to the right of the vehicle.
When McGarrett gets on the radio, he says "Over and Out." You NEVER do that on the radio. You can say 'over' or 'out' - but never over AND out.
For one of the shots of the speeding police cars, the camera was mounted in a moving car (likely a convertible). As the camera pans, the camera car's rear radio antenna is clearly visible.
