Near the end during the snowmobile chase, as Jonathan's snowmobile goes under the heavy equipment loader, the front view shows the "flag" on the snowmobile ripped off the pole on the snowmobile. The next view showing the snowmobile exiting away shows a flag on the pole as if nothing happened.
During the early ski scene with a fallen skier, Jonathan, Halsey, and the ski patrol are covered with snow, while Jennifer and Kate are not, as though Stefanie and Juliet just came out of their trailers to film this scene.
When Jonathan sees the fallen skier, he assumes that it's Kate, saying, "he did it, he really did it", even though the body has dark hair.
When Jennifer complains about Jonathan's foot when they're in the hot tub, he's too far away for his foot to reach her.
When Jennifer walks from one room to another in the hotel room, cameraman is visible in the mirror.
Near the beginning of the episode, when Jennifer Hart is in her dressing room, the wall mirror in the center of the shot briefly shows a cameraman carrying his camera while walking across the mirror image.
Jennifer enlists Jonathan's help to prevent the ski resort murder of their acquaintance's wife Kate, by her husband Halsey Matthews and his mistress, Marina Belson. Yet later, when Marina knocks on Kate's door and tells the Harts that she wants to speak with Kate "in private", the Harts oblige and leave the two alone, without a second thought. This is out of character for both of them, particularly considering that Jennifer is the one who overheard this woman speaking of with her lover of killing his wife Kate, and already one person is dead. Yet, they both leave Kate with her would be killer, without a care in the world, with no protesting, without even listening at the door for trouble, nor checking on her at all.
