In the stock footage, the public bus is blue. In the new footage, it is green. Furthermore, the rear projection footage behind the actors while they are on the "bus" repeats.
This story is supposed to take place in New York City, yet when Nancy is dropped off at the Westlake nursing home by the taxi, there are clear indications that it was filmed in California. Further down the street are palm trees lining the sides of the road, and the cars parked on the side of the street have California license plates on them.
Although set in New York City, when Nancy and Rocky are on the rooftop, that is clearly the Los Angeles skyline behind them; notably the sign for the Rosslyn Hotel.
Nancy is supposed to be driving in Manhattan after dropping off her father at JFK airport, but the map that she pulls out several times primarily covers New Jersey, with Wanaque Reservoir (a lake in New Jersey) clearly seen in the middle. New York is only a tiny portion in the upper right corner.
