After Polly and Nat get married in the chapel, they ride off in a surrey. About 47 seconds after they leave, a rifle shot is heard. Matt and Chester mount up and ride hard for about 43 seconds to where Nat fell out of the carriage and Beulah is checking on him. There aren't any jump cuts to account for horses traveling as far as a carriage in nearly the same time, and if there were, the rifle shot wouldn't have been so loud if heard at all.
After Polly and Nat get married in the chapel, Matt and Chester are talking outside when a gunshot goes off. As Chester is mounting his horse, Matt is already mounted and starting off. At time marker 13:17, a pickup truck can be seen in the background driving from left to right in the lower left of the screen.
At about 3:15, when the man is calling for tonic, the shadow of the boom mike is visible on the wall behind him.
After Beulah tells says 'Come in' when Matt and Chester are at her door, the shadow of the boom mic appears well down on the wall behind her.
