The militant midget strikes again

"The Visitor" finds everyone bummed out over walking up 17 flights with the elevator out of commission. James is the first to notice that the heat also isn't working, but no coffee without water: "you know, I had better conditions than this in Korea!" JJ figures that it won't be long before they'll be forced to use the toilet at the gas station! Michael's letter of complaint about the terrible conditions in the projects gets published in the Chicago Defender, earning a visit from the housing authority's William Stonehurst (Richard B. Shull). 17 flights means the poor man is already out of breath before a single word is spoken! He suggests that Michael be more discreet in the future, but can't get away with the Dukes and Warlords on the loose. An evening dining with the Evans has Stonehurst impressed by their perseverance, vowing to get through all the paperwork to get things done.
