While Rory and Dean are talking at the town gathering to hear the election results, the same girl appears behind BOTH of them in EVERY shot. Can't imagine this girl was running back and forth behind each of them as the camera switched to Rory/Dean and don't think there were twins this age that dressed identical.
According to the math Kirk uses to poll himself (Gallop uses 1005 sample for 280,000,000 population, and based on that equation and the population of Stars Hollow, Kirk states that .002 people would need to be polled), the population of Stars Hollow is 557 people. Yet, according to Miss Patty and the results (1,114 for Jackson Belleville. 10 for Taylor Doose), there are somehow 1,124 registered voters in town.
Rory tells Dean that because Lorelai is dating Luke she gets seated at the diner right away, but customers have always seated themselves at the diner without waiting for Luke to seat them.
