When Lorelai and Rory are greeting Lane and Mrs Kim at the Bracebridge dinner, you clearly see Rory in the shot from behind close the folder and put it under her arm after handing the key to Mrs Kim. When it switches back to the shot from the front, the folder is open again.
When Jess and Luke enter the Inn, Luke takes his coat off twice.
At approximately the 43:15 mark, you can see wheels on underside of the sleigh.
When Richard and Emily Gilmore arrive at the inn and Lorelai asks why Richard is so happy, Emily said that he'd been like that for two days. We later find out that he is happy as a result of him retiring however, when Richard is telling Emily about when he retired, he said that it had happened the day before.
Lorelai and Sookie mention that the Bracebridge dinner's theme is 19th-century England, but the costumes and music are clearly from an earlier time.
