When Rory and Dean first sit down on the beanbag chair and start reading she is on the left, then when they show them after they fall asleep she's on the right.
It's winter time (there's snow on the ground), but when Dean and Rory are woken up and dash home at 5:30 AM it is sunny. The sun does not rise until at least an hour later during the winter in Connecticut.
When Emily and Lorelai are talking about the monkey lamp, Emily states that the monkeys are "holding coconuts and leering." The three monkeys on the lamp are actually in the "Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil" poses and not holding coconuts.
After Emily eats the toast and leaves the couch, the green marker tape can be seen to mark her spot.
Emily wants to see Rory get ready, (she asks for pictures of her putting her hair up, getting dressed, etc.) Lorelai invites her over so she can see Rory get dressed, yet Rory is already done getting ready by the time Emily shows up.
