With city counsel approval, Claymore hires Joshua T. Albertson to revamp Schooner Bay and its museum into a tourist attraction. Mrs. Muir, hired as the project publicist, balks at what tourism might do to the quiet charm of the town, but even the Captain's strong objections are allayed by the smooth-talking Mr. Albertson - that is until he turns artifacts (and a robotic figure of the Captain) into tacky vending machines.
