After Max lands on Seigfrieds plane after jumping onto it he lifts his goggles.
After he says I asked you not to tell me that after Sigfried tries to shoot him the goggles are back over his eyes.

Max sees Siegfried's plane fly past the window of the jet while he, the Chief, and 99 are discussing Operation Starch. However, a jet airliner cruises around 550 MPH at an altitude of approximately 35,000 feet, while an pressurized WWI Fokker D.VII has a maximum altitude of 20,000 feet and a top speed of 117 MPH.
When Max & 99 are arguing about climbing the haystack, they are actually standing in a pile of straw, not hay. Straw is stiff and is used as bedding material for animals, while hay is soft and is used as animal feed.
Siegfried wears WWII German Army officer's uniform, rather than a WWI Imperial German Army Air Service uniform as worn by Manfred von Richthofen, the real Red Baron. This is not an error, however: The uniform Siegfried wears is the character's own uniform from his service as a German Army colonel in WWII, the same uniform he is seen wearing in several other episodes. He also wears his own Iron Cross rather than the Pour le Mérite associated with von Richthofen.
Max identifies Siegfried's "Red Baron" plane as a "genuine Fokker D.VII", and it bears markings stating it is a D.VII. However, Manfred von Richthofen, the real Red Baron, was killed before the D.VII came into service and never flew it in combat.
