At 10", Dr. Simon tells Max to use the golf shoe phone to speak into a spike in the heel and listen to a spike in the toe, but at 18", Max uses it in reverse (listening to a spike in the heel and speaking into a spike in the toe).
When Max is practicing his golf swing before attempting to hit the magnetic golf ball to blow up the mortar shell, 99's sun glasses are on the top of her head. After Max blows up the mortar, 99 is wearing the sun glasses over her eyes.
Max's magnetic golf ball doesn't stick to the iron golf club, even though it sticks to the golf cart.
In the tongue-twister gag Max and 99 expect to meet Fred Fargo but instead meet Frank Fargo, who explains that Fred Fargo (who flew to Frankfurt on Friday) is his sister-in-law Frieda's Father. However Frank's sister-in-law's father would be no relation to him so it is unlikely that they would have the same last name.
After his first tee shot Max says "Sliced it out of bounds", however the ball is shown going to the left. Since Max is a right-handed golfer it would have been a hook. His next shot is shown going to the right which would be a slice, however Max says "That's much better- hooked it out of bounds".
Lots of airplane noise in the audio---the golf course shooting location must have been right next to the airport.
During the golf cart chase scene, several gunshots can be heard that don't match the visual recoil of their firearms, most notably by the Chief.
The Chief mentions that the scientists at the space center will test the M-14 rocket at 4:00, which is when KAOS plans to blow the center up. Yet when Max saves the space center at the end (presumably at 4:00), we don't hear any rockets going off, just the explosion of the golf ball and dialogue. A rocket going off in a space center next to a golf course would certainly be audible from the golf course (if the course was open that day).
