Don Adams, Barbara Feldon, and Joey Forman in Get Smart (1965)

Goofs

Hoo Done It

Get Smart

Edit

Continuity

When he meets Max and 99 at the gate to his hotel, Anthony Eustrel introduces himself by saying "I'm Milton Conrad." However, his character's name is listed in the closing credits as "Hillary Conrad". Both names are parodies of the famous hotelier Conrad Hilton's name.
When max places his gun on the table it is in the middle of the ceiling fans shadow but in the next scene it is near the edge of the table and the shadow is completely gone.

It goes back and forth like this a few times when both max and hoo are circling the table.
When 99 returns from inspecting the grounds, she tells Max that they are trapped because the hotel employees left in the only boat. However, Harry Hoo arrived from the mainland in a police boat, and it should have still been waiting to take him back.

Factual errors

Mr. Gazzman is killed by a trained black widow spider, however, while widow bites are extremely painful, they are rarely fatal to otherwise healthy adult humans, even if left untreated.
Inspector Hoo includes himself, Max, and 99 as suspects because he has learned never to exclude any possible suspects. However, he not only excludes the hotel employees as suspects, but allows them to slip away in the only available boat.
Max and Harry Hoo lure Conrad out of hiding by loading their guns with blank rounds and pretending to kill each other. However, neither a secret agent nor a police inspector would be likely to carry blanks on a routine case.
When Von Werner is poisoned, his head goes limp, but his body remains upright holding a cup of tea. A real dead body loses muscle control immediately, and would have certainly dropped the cup if not slumped over.

Miscellaneous

Max acts to fast when he puts his hand on Hoos arm after Hoo says that again. A normal person would take a few seconds after someone is done talking to realize what was said. This shows that Don Adams knew what was going to be said.
When the woman is sprayed with the poison powder in her face she ''dies'' to quickly.

A powder would take a few minutes to kill her.
