Continuity

The comic book being read by the desk clerk in the Main Street Hotel switches pages from one shot to the next.
The outside shot of the banks entrance/exit is the same location used in a previous episode (Maxwell Smart, Private Eye) as the exit/entrance to the Washington, Airport. In a later episode Max also can't get his motorbike to start out the front of this same building and doors just before a MP is thrown from a car after kidnapping a prime minister where the same entrance/exit was a hotel.

Factual errors

The bank loan officer tells Max that the bank has repossessed his car while he was waiting. However, Max's car is U.S. government property. "Repossessing" it would be a felony that would earn the loan officer ten years in federal prison.
The Washington D.C. cop is heading for Baltimore, MD and says to have two men meet him at the airport. Baltimore is 41 miles from D.C. Even if there was a flight route between them, it would be faster to drive the distance.

Revealing mistakes

When Max is riding in the police car after the trial, the framing of the shot is set too low. You can clearly see that the car has no dashboard and the steering wheel is just mounted on a stand.
