When Siegfried and Max are about to have a beer together, Max is shown pouring beer into one stein, but when the camera angle changes, he is shown pouring into the other stein.
At the end of the episode, Dietrich opens the elevator door and falls down the elevator shaft. We then find out that the elevator was working, but on the ground floor. If the elevator was on the ground floor, or any other floor other than whatever floor the courtroom was on, the door on the courtroom floor would be locked.
In the classroom Max unsuccessfully attempts to disarm Hans, as part of his new training after defecting to KAOS. On the third try after he says "One more time", the stunt performer falls behind the desk, and Max stands up from there, where he was hiding. As he stands up you can still see the stunt's foot where he just fell.
