In this entertaining B/W episode of the Autry TV show, Gene is a lawman looking for a killer and dealing with a jail break. Pat Buttram has taken up a knife throwing act, with predictable results !
Western great Tom Tyler (3 Mesquiteers) appears here as a henchman, and Gene shes away from a lot of singing. This one has action & fun ----- a good entry in the always professionally done series.
Gene Autry was in top form here and it was great to see Tyler in one of his later roles......... Pat Buttram was funny, one of the clown princes of cowboy comedy.
This one is recommended for all fans of the Golden age of TV Westerns !
