Among the creatures and people waiting in line to bow before Oberon are Coyote, Anubis, Anansi, Grandmother, and Odin. All have been encountered by Goliath and the others during the Avalon World Tour
Oberon mentions "A Midsummer Night's Dream" a comedy written by William Shakespeare in 1595/96. That has Oberon with his wife Titania who are King and Queen of the Fairies. With their servant Puck, also known as Robin Goodfellow, a clever, mischievous fairy, sprite or jester with magical powers that personifies the wise knave.
