John, Bryan and Gina have a pep talk with the SOCOG staff but it doesn't quite go as planned. There are quite a few upset employees, especially about ticketing and the first series of the 'The Games', and there are plenty of excuses.
The organisers address the troops to bolster morale. However the team find themselves facing a hostile and unhappy group of workers. As John, Bryan and Gina try to duck and weave the curve balls thrown their way, John reveals his ten-point plan that will ensure a smooth Olympic Games for everyone.
John, Bryan and Gina attempt to answer difficult questions in an extended meeting for the Games' internal staff. The team's negative attitude to the continual filming of their daily activities takes a turn for the better when the amount of money generated by the documentary is revealed.
