  • Joey has been hired as the host for a test-run of a new game show called The Perfect Couple, which tests couples at different stages in their relationships, to see how well they know each other. DJ and Steve are the "dating couple", Danny and Vicki are the "engaged couple", and Jesse and Rebecca are the "married couple". But as it turns out, the game starts to bring out the worst in all three relationships.—Anonymous
  • Joey has been hired to host a show for couples who are dating, married, or engaged. DJ and Steve are in the dating category, but Steve barely knows DJ's interests, the two reconcile afterwards. Jesse and Becky are in the married category, the two get into a dispute over their relationship until the two realize that despite everything, they are still a stable couple the two leave the show early. Danny and Vicky are in the engaged category, but Vicky runs late for the show and the assistant fills in for Danny, the engaged couple wins the contest. Joey decides to quit the show after realizing the station manager's motives to turn the couples against each other. Vicky arrives at the studio and she reveals to Danny that she has been offered a job in New York to anchor the news, but she considers on declining the offer. Danny convinces Vicky to take the position, the two end their engagement, after they realize that a long distance relationship won't work out for either of them. At the Tanner house, Danny is heartbroken over Vicky's departure. DJ, Stephanie, and Michelle comfort their father over his break up with Vicky. Meanwhile, Stephanie has to babysit Nicky and Alex, but she accidentally gives the twins the wrong pajamas. Michelle gives Nicky his blue pajamas and she gives Alex his red pajamas.—dawsonpersi
