Plot holes

Several times in this episode, Michelle is referred to as a "Kindergarten Baby" and she states that she is "4 and 3 quarters" old. Danny and Joey are headed to a Warriors basketball game, and we see based on sunshine and the characters attire that it is nice weather outside. Additionally, Rick is doing homework with DJ, so we know it is during the school year. The only months during the school year where the Warriors would be playing and the weather would be nice out would be at the end...maybe late April, May, or very early June before school breaks for the summer. If Michelle is 4 3/4 years old at the end of this particular school year, that would mean that she had just turned 4 at the beginning of the school year, which doesn't make sense for a Kindergartner. Kindergartners are typically 5 at the start of the year, or turn 5 during Kindergarten (or 6 if they are held back).

Character error

Joey states that neither Tom nor Jerry ever talked throughout the Tom and Jerry cartoons. While neither one of them talked in most episodes, there were a few episodes where Tom had one or two lines. Later Tom and Jerry were more verbal in "Tom & Jerry: The Movie".
