Dr, Phil is in town and he and Frasier spent time together in their early days of psychology. He is represented by Bebe, Frasier's former agent and vamp. She has a way of twisting the rope on Frasier when they are together. She is also very successful as a manipulative vixen. There is some cool cinematography in this episode.

Warning: Spoilers
"We're on a run of bad form here".
"Quick, get Bebe back and throw in a big name guest star, that'll help".
This was perhaps the thinking of the writers of 'Frasier' at this point in the tenth series, and on both counts neither inclusion works very well at all.
This is a middling, rather unfunny episode, that doesn't go anywhere fast, and ends up throwing an apparently key plot point from the last year (Frasier being broadcast in Spokane) under the bus for no apparent reason.
Skippable episodes became much more of a regular thing as 'Frasier' reached its conclusion, and this is an episode that I would do so with next time I rewatch the tenth series.
