In a previous episode, Ann Hodges makes a point to correct Frasier's assumption that she's an insurance sales agent, pointing out that she's actually a claims adjuster. However, in this episode, Frasier hires her to write up a home policy, which is an underwriter's job. These two jobs are almost never performed by the same person.
At the end of "Frasier-lite," Roz cuts off half the length of her hair. One week later, her hair is back to its normal length.
When Frasier is standing in the hallway as Roz appears out of the elevator, the door to his apartment is open. A few seconds later when the camera cuts back to Frasier, it's closed.
When Niles sees Ann come out from the bathroom and leaves, he sets his sherry glass down on one side of the pizza box on the coffee table. After he leaves and Frasier is cleaning up, the sherry glass is on the other side of the pizza box next to Frasier's.
In the hospital the doctor puts up an x-ray. After the talk between Frasier and his dad, the x-ray disappears.
