Father Ted jumps on his bed and groans in pain while Father Dougal pulls back his blankets to reveal Dougal's mattress has been replaced with bricks. Father Ted's oomf implies that his bed has also been replaced with bricks, but after Dougal reveals the bricks, the camera cuts back to Father Ted where Father Ted is seen moving around on the bed causing the springs of the mattress to become obvious.
Dougal mentions Lucky Charms, which are not existent in Ireland.
Father Dougal looks at the clock and says he has never seen 5 AM before, but the clock is an analog, which means it does not differentiate between AM and PM.
Even from a distance, it is obviously a stunt double when Dougal is being dragged behind the tractor, not only is the stuntman clearly wearing a wig, it isn't even the correct color.
