When the blonde walks across her bungalow, her arms are swinging freely, her hands are empty. She opens the door and, out of the blue, a rose purse materializes in her right hand. There's a camera cut to Denver, and the purse has magically moved to under her left arm.
At the end, after William & Valerie (George & Phillips) get their leis, a blonde woman---resembling Ellen, in a red pareo---can be seen passing behind Roarke & Tattoo. They turn towards her and the camera cuts to a different woman and the car bringing Ellen & Don: that blonde & the man she was walking with have completely disappeared. Instead, there's a different couple passing behind, and the car brings Ellen (in a black dress) and Don.
The photo taken by the magic camera shows a major typo in the 3rd word for the title of the newspaper: instead of ""Fantasy Island Daily Chronicle", it reads ""Fantasy Island Daliy Chronicle"
Scriptwriter's mistake: Mr. Roarke says "Oh, it wasn't I", in response to Don (Bob Denver) thanking him for making the blonde woman appear in his life. The grammatically correct English is: "Oh, it wasn't me". The subject is "it" and "me" is the accusative case (or the object in the sentence), therefore one cannot use "I" because that is the nominative case (or the subject) and there is already "it" as subject.
