Norm MacDonald and Seth MacFarlane in Family Guy (1999)

Goofs

Death Is a Bitch

Family Guy

Edit

Continuity

While on the plane, Karen Black's sleeves change color from white to blue.
After Stewie shoots darts at Lois they disappear from the cupboard door and the door's handle is on the other side.

Factual errors

At the Hitler parody the number to call "213-DU WERDEST EINE KRANKENSCHWESTER BRAUCHEN!!!" is seen on the screen, also spoken by Hitler. This is a threat spoken in (wrong) German language translating roughly to "You will need a nurse!". Correct German would have been: "Du WIRST eine Krankenschwester brauchen!!!"

Revealing mistakes

Death's right foot disappears when he stands up to leave at the end of the episode.

Plot holes

If the laws of death didn't apply anymore you'd still feel pain and be able to be injured.

Character error

If the doctor had actually been sued by that many patients, he would be out of business because no malpractice insurance would continue to provide coverage for him.
