Buffy feels that the people in the building are not neighborly.
This was the first episode of the fifth and last season and it is a very good one. A very New York one as well since it touches on the apathy of people at those times. The twins are growing up though Buffy is still in pigtails. There are some funny encounters with suspicious neighbors such as one they only see his eye through the peephole and a woman with a German Shepherd. The writing is still good and continues to avoid cliche.
