Lieutenant Reed removes a canister of Kemocite from the box on the lab table and shows it to Captain Archer. When he does, there are clearly three canisters to the right of the open spot left by the one he removed and all canisters in the box are aligned perfectly in the same direction. In the subsequent shot of the box, there are now only two canisters to the right of the empty spot, and the canister on the left of the open spot is now rotated at an angle, clearly showing that this scene was done in multiple takes with a different canister being used in each.
Choosing to test fire an unfamiliar alien weapon in the armory seems to be a very unwise location. Especially considering that Trip was standing in front of a spatial torpedo and right next to a stack of photonic torpedoes. They should have chosen a cargo bay or some other space that wouldn't involve the weapon accidentally setting off a bunch of torpedo warheads if it overloaded.
When Trip and Dr. Phlox say they want to test the weapon, T'Pol says they should pick a better place to test it, and Trip replies that they don't have time to find a deserted asteroid. Apparently they forgot they were behind an uninhabited moon, they could have just gone to the moon's surface to test the weapon and thrown it away when it started to overload. They already know there is no security field to detect them.
T'Pol knows that Archer, Malcolm and Hayes are on a covert mission but she radios through to Malcolm for a report at the top of her voice despite Malcolm keeping his voice low every time he's radioed through to her.
Gralik tells Archer "All Xindi are not your enemy", which makes little sense. The correct wording would be "Not all Xindi are your enemy".
