During an exterior shot of Enterprise which zooms to Captain Archer's Ready Room, the ship is moving at warp with the star field streaking past the ship, but when the shot cuts to the interior, the stars are stationary in the window.
In a scene in which Archer and Trip are having breakfast together, the volume in Archer's glass of OJ changes between shots and then back again.
Vulcans have green blood, but when T'Pol is injured, her blood is red.
Captain Sopeck's eyes look red and irritated. As Vulcans have copper based hemoglobin, the inflammation would be green rather than red.
While bound by their captors, Archer and T'Pol are given bowls of food, set on the floor. Archer orders T'Pol to eat and she eventually picks up a little of the food and puts it in her mouth. But the first time she ate with Archer and Trip, T'Pol made a very strong point that Vulcans do not touch food with their hands. However, since T'Pol was ordered to eat the food, she probably made an exception.
Before the Vulcan ship arrives, Reed is showing Trip scan results which seem to indicate the location of the downed shuttle. Trip is uncertain. But in Civilization (2001), it's established that Enterprise's visual systems can resolve objects as small as a humanoid face from orbit. So, they should be able to the shuttle.
Immediately after Captain Sopeck finishes talking to Commander Tucker and leaves the bridge, Tucker tells Reed to warm up the shuttle before the door closes on Sopeck. Vulcan hearing has long been established in Star Trek canon as much more sensitive than Human hearing, so Sopeck could have easily heard what Tucker said and realized what Tucker had told him previously was a lie.
All Archer and T'Pol had to do while bound together was shimmy themselves to a wall and lean against it to stand up. Using their backs and their center of gravity would take more energy and make more noise.
