Goofs

Regeneration

Star Trek: Enterprise

Edit

Continuity

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

Dr. Phlox says that he is catching up on some paperwork, but paper is not used aboard star ships: everything is digital. However, cultural idioms often reference obsolete technology.

Crew or equipment visible

When the Tarkaleans are going through a hatch after climbing up the ladder, after they enter the door into the hallway you can see above them a figure like a crew member in a space in the ceiling.

Plot holes

The Borg always introduce themselves as the Borg before telling you you will be assimilated, resistance is futile. These Borg did not. This is obviously the only way these writers could handle the fact that no one heard of the Borg in that quadrant until Q pushed the enterprise into the delta quadrant in the next generation series. Thought the first contact movie lead to this series chronologically, they seemed to want to avoid any timeline issues with the Borg being known as the Borg but still wanted to play with the idea of survivors.
Even if they had survived planet fall from their exploding ship, it is extremely doubtful that the Borg drones would have been just laying in the snow or just under the ice after being in the Arctic for a century. They would have been buried far deeper after this amount of time.
Despite their personal shields which can sometimes repel phaser fire after it "adapts", it is extremely doubtful that any Borg drones would have crash landed in the Arctic intact after the Borg ship exploded in Star Trek: First Contact (1996). They would simply have been incinerated in the explosion.
