Continuity

After making their "deal" with the miners, they apparently go back up to the ship (cut to the female miner getting med supplies) then back to the planet (cut back to the planet with the supplies). Archer, T'Pol and Trip then need to have a shuttle come back to pick them up. What happened to the shuttle they came back down to the planet in with the supplies? Already being suspicious, they wouldn't just get "dropped off" without their own way out.

Factual errors

The ignited deuterium is shown having a flame similar to that of gasoline or such, but once deuterium is ignited it burns with a pale blue, almost invisible flame.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

We learn that Phlox's osmotic eel is a female. In Minefield (2002), however, it was stated to be male. There is no reason to assume that he has only one of them.

Revealing mistakes

After Trip welds the curved plate over the pipe in the montage, the crewman holding it down dislodges it when he removes his hand.

Miscellaneous

At around the 35 minute mark when T'Pol is fighting a Klingon. She steps on his Bat'leth and the way it flexes makes it clear that is a rubber prop.
