When T'Pau mind melds with Archer in the Syrranites' hideout in the Forge, her thumb is under Archer's jawline when viewed from her right. When the camera angle switches to her left, her thumb is on his chin.
The Syrranites project a holographic rock face to hide the compound. When one of the bombs hits the "rock" the hologram disappears. If it was only a hologram the bomb would have obliterated the compound.
Phlox refers to one of his patients as "Corporal". However, when reviewing the security footage moments before the security guard Phlox refers to seems to be wearing a Starfleet uniform. Starfleet uses naval rank designations and therefore would not be referred to as corporal.
