The Condor Club was actually located at 300 Stockton Street, when this was filmed, as can be seen in the shot when the ambulance pulled up to the building. (Currently it is located at 560 Broadway; just around the corner).
When the ambulance is responding to the seizure victim, the dispatcher tells them to go to 2417 Grand Street. In reality they are somewhere around 100 Jefferson Street, across from Fisherman's Wharf. Grand Avenue is 14 miles south, in South San Francisco, and the street numbers don't go up that high.
