Continuity

When arriving at the structure fire at the beginning of the episode Captain Stanley radios a preliminary report to the dispatcher then exits the cab of the engine. Immediately after the credits we see him exit the cab again, this time with the hose clamp in his hand.
At the beginning of the episode, Station 51 gets paged out for a structure fire. The first far off shot shows the station bay door opening and the driveway concrete is dry. The scene cuts to the dispatcher and back to the station. The driveway concrete is now soaking wet. When the shot cuts to the close up of the squad and engine leaving the station, the concrete is now dry again.
At the first structure fire, the little girl on the second floor was removed from the structure by Gage carrying her down the ladder. The little girl is placed on Gage's shoulder. Except it was clearly a doll in place of the girl. The doll had two red bows on her ponytails. On the scene when they are treating the girl on the sidewalk, the girl only has 1 red bow in her hair and it is not styled with ponytails.

Revealing mistakes

After Roy and Johnny leave the hospital, before responding to the driving school crash, on the ceiling of the cab in the squad can be seen two signs that read in part "EMERGENCY / ... SATURDAY 8PM / ... UNIVERSAL.. TV PROD". These are magnetic signs which would be placed on the outside of the vehicle when driving around LA filming interior squad shots. Apparently they were stored in the cab for exterior shots and they forgot about them in this scene.
