Emergency!

Continuity

When they get the call for the plane crash, most of the 51 team were in T-shirts, not uniform, including DeSoto. But at the fire, Desoto has his uniform shirt under his fire coat. He didn't have it on when they left the station.
When the call for the plane crash comes in, most of the 51 team were in T-shirts, Jackets and Turnout Pants. In The Next Scene Mike Stoker Is No Longer Wearing His Turnout Pants But Regular Uniform Pants And Is Putting On His Turnout Coat.
As the squad pulls out of the station for the early morning run in close-up, DeSoto and Gage are wearing their turnout coats. As it switches to a longer shot outside in the driveway, they are wearing light blue shirts.
When Chet first sees the mouse "Herbert" dashing under the refrigerator the camera cuts to the floor and the foot shown is wearing a rubber fire boot. This is footage from later in the episode, right before the dispatch to the plane crash/apartment fire. Chet wasn't wearing his turnouts so the foot shown should have been wearing his leather station boot instead.
When Gage and DeSoto get into the squad for the nighttime call to the bar, they are both wearing dark blue long-sleeve jackets. When they arrive at the bar, they are both wearing light blue short-sleeve shirts.

Factual errors

Just As The Call For The Morning Radio Test Sounded, The Scene Opened With A View Of The Fire Station With The U.S. And California State Flags Flying High On The Flag Pole. This Couldn't Have Been Possible Since No One Was Awake To Raise Them.
When Harold goes into cardiac arrest in the ambulance the driver calls dispatch to notify Rampart, Gage is following in the squad and hears the radio transmission over his radio. This is not possible since the FD radios do not pick up the ambulance radio transmissions.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

In the opening scene the captains voice can be heard answering the radio, however his mouth doesn't move.

Crew or equipment visible

After the morning radio wake up call at Station 51, the crew head to the kitchen to check on the mouse. After they enter the kitchen, a camera crew can be seen reflected in the two oven windows.
