When Squad 36 is transmitting, they say that one of the victims has died, and the other is unconscious. But at the firehouse, Johnny tells Roy that both of Squad 36's patients regained consciousness.
When the last emergency call comes in, John and Roy are in the station locker room. Both head immediately out the door, wearing their dark blue uniform jackets. But moments later, as they are getting into their squad unit, the jackets have vanished and they are both in the light blue button-down short sleeve shirts.
At the final building collapse rescue, Capt. Stanley, Stoker, Chet and Marco go to the top floor of the building. Stoker, Chet and Marco go to help Johnny and Roy with the patients. We see Chet and Marco staying to help as Stoker goes back to Capt. Stanley. A moment later, Capt. Stanley is shown standing with Chet and Marco, and tells them to look for a stairway down. However, Chet and Marco are still with the patients as the scene cuts back.

When Johnny and Roy are working on the squad in the opening sequence, Boot comes over, grabs the screwdriver and takes off. Johnny reaches for the screwdriver, and when he can't find it asks Roy where it is. They then notice Boot holding the screwdriver in his teeth and go after him. Just then they get a call and leave the station in the squad. Johnny never fixed what he was working on before they left on their run.
Incorrectly Regarded As Goof; When Rampart is dealing with Squad 36. The squad informs them that one of their cycling patients has died. Later, John tells Roy, both of 36's patients regained consciousness. This is interpreted as a goof, but since the viewer is brought into the story mid-way, it is never revealed whether there was more than two cyclists or not.
The artist is supposed to have accidentally welded himself inside his kinetic sculpture. But there's no welding gear in evidence.
