L.A. Co Fire Station 110 was depicted as one of the responding stations up into the mountains for the aircraft crash. Station 110 is in Marina Del Ray and not close to the Bald Mountain area which is up near Gorman.
When Johnny and Roy get a call at the hospital the close up of them in the cab shows the roof flashers are on. However, in the next scene, the view of them driving away from Rampart, the flashers are off.
Dr. Early calls a suggested diagnosis as being "360 degrees off" which would imply it was correct. He meant to say "180 degrees off".
