In this episode the doctors in charge try to teach the residents hot to connect with one another and the patients. This has some fun moments like in the operation room, as well as Neela telling the grandma her grandson died. The miscommunication also caused them to show wrong bodies to different families.

Luka was pretty sweet to Neela trying to protect her from the new information about the foster child she tried to leave in her new family. Also I am looking to see Neela being roommates with Ray.

The lawyer parked outside the hospital trying to find clients for law suits also got me some laughs.

It seems that Abby didn't tell anyone what really happened to her. I wonder it will ever come out. It could, I remember that pager of her outside near the shot cat, this might come back again.

All gangs are black

Ya know, I'm watching this series 11 seasons through, saw every single episode, so when I tell you, every single bandit in ER-Chicago is black, you can be sure it's true. There are no asian gangs, nor latino criminal bands, especialy not white groups. Sure, occasionaly you get some whity go solo, but otherwise in ER-Chicago it is always the black community.

Btw, in S11 we are barely in the ER anymore, and yes, it is a different show. Sure, Charter is still present, but the focus-character since a while is clearly Rasgothra, who is not a rich person. Oh, did you notice rich people don't die in the ER?
